‘Bachelorette’ Rachel Lindsay Is Making This Major Dating Mistake

Rachel Lindsay wasthe real MVP for sending DeMario Jackson home over girlfriend drama on the second episode of.

Twitter went wildwhen she told him to get the f*ck out after he failed to explain himself when his alleged ex-girlfriend showed up.

Rachel standing up for herselfwas a triumphant moment so many women can personally relate to.

The showdown proved Rachel knows how to draw hard lines when it comes to deception and infidelity, but, from what weve seen so far, it doesnt seem like shes as firm on other issues when it comes to dating.

Rachel Lindsayflip-flops when it comes to qualities she says she desires.

I know, I know. This is our.Shes our favorite bachelorette thus far, but we cant overlook some contradictory moves shes made while balancingher bevy of suitors.

The first eyebrow-raise I gave was at hergifting the first rose to Colombian suitor, Bryan Abasolo.

It seemed as obvious as bad butt implants they were operating off purely sexual chemistry and not much substance they literally talked about nothing.

Abasolo warned her of the good trouble she would get into by dating a Colombian man, tongue-kissed her, and spoke in Spanish which she admits later in the episode was one of themost swoon-worthy moments.

But really? In 2017, when Spanish is the second most popular language in the United States, youre still basing a connection off of something as trivial as a language ?

Rachel Lindsay she is looking for love but the logic behind Abasolo getting the first rose doesnt support that very well.

Then there was the baby relay race.

Lucas the man who yells Whaboom at least twice an episode won the relay, which required the guys to change a diaperand complete a bunch of other household chores to reachthe finish line.

Whaboom Luke (which is what I have chosen to nickname him) was winning the race whenone of the guys began to catch up.

Instead of winning the legitimate, honest way, Lucas decided tothe guy in the face to stop him.Uhmm cheater, much?

I was certain Rachel would call him out on it since she has been a stickler for honesty, but instead, she praised him for being aggressive and going after what he wants.

Lastly, consider her reaction during the basketball game.

When one of the guys began dancing during the group basketball date, Rachel talked with NBA legend, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, about hating a man who always wants to be the life of the party.

I feel her on that except she seems to thoroughly enjoy Whaboom Lucas who looks likethe most attention-seeking bro in the bunch.

If yelling Whaaaaboooom and shaking your head until it hurts and your face turns beet red twice a day isnt a cry for attention, then water isnt wet.

Our bachelorette was skeptical of DeMarios intentions after his alleged girlfriend showed up.

She told him,

I believe you want to be here; I just dont think you want to be here for me.

So who exactly does she think Lucas is there for? It certainly wasntor on the t-shirt he wore during the first taping. He wore his own catchphrase as a hashtag instead. He also brought a bullhorn and yelled in it that entire night.

Oh, and he tried to get Ashton Kutcher to yellWhaboom after the relay, because what makes your catchphrase catch onbetter than a celebrity co-signing your shenanigans?

Kutcher shut that all the way down, but Rachel seems to be having a hard time doing the same.

I was with her when she kicked Deceptive DeMario to the curb, but these other moves she made during the show were more of a backwardhustle than a real quest to find Mr. Right. She praises the same qualities in some guys that she dislikes in others, whichshows she may not be sure about what she is truly looking for.

Since Lindsay does havea lot of guys to juggle at once, maybe she will turn it all around and dig deeper in Episode 3.
